baud on your Android phone.

baud for Android is a direct download, signed by Rubric Labs. Two steps, a minute.

1. Download baud

Open the file when it’s done. Your phone may ask to allow installs from your browser: allow it, just this once.

   Download for Android

2. Open baud and type your name

That’s the whole sign‑up. Then scan a friend’s code under New friend, or share yours, and you’re talking.

A small “baud is connected” notification stays while baud runs, so your friends can reach you. baud for Android uses no Google push service: messages go straight between phones. The one server of ours it ever calls is the relay that wakes a friend’s sleeping iPhone, and that carries no message (how it works).
